Job requirements:

  • Meeting with Buyers and purchasing management department at High Tech companies
  • Receiving customers requirements and handling quotations
  • Negotiation until closure of transaction
  • Closing annual agreements and controlling their implementation
  • The role combines fieldwork at clients in conjunction with office administration.

The position includes working with the Engineering and Development Departments of leading companies in the civil and military sectors, electronics components, technical consulting and promoting our company’s Line Card  products

Requirements:

Electronics Engineer with prior experience or similar position – a must

  • Sales orientation
  • Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement
  • Working Specification with Customer Interface
  • High-level English – writing, reading, and speaking
  • The role combines fieldwork at clients in conjunction with office administration.
The position  involves  supporting customers : handling quotations, offering replacements, negotiating and closing annual agreements. Internal sales is the right hand of the Account Manager.

Handling company’s customers and internal organization. Full-time.

  • Previous experience  with Electronics Components
  • High knowledge of EXCEL and OUTLOOK
  • Quick learning ability
  • Service oriented
  • High-level English – speaking, writing, reading
  • Full time, excluding Fridays, at the company’s Offices in – Hod Hasharon

Applicants with private vehicles are preferred as public transport is infrequent .

The job involves inputting orders, checking quotations, prices, delivery dates, ordering components from the procurement, reporting operations and handling open orders.

Work with the company’s customers, with suppliers abroad and with internal interfaces.

  • Previous experience in a similar role of sales support and / or purchasing operations and / or Back Office

The position includes:
Inventory management experience
Preparation and delivery of goods to customers
Arranging local  +  Export shipments
Organization of storage system: stock count, handling orders.

The warehouse is computerized and air-conditioned, working in a very advanced and pleasant working environment.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday.
